Directed call pickup (DCP) allows you to answer a call ringing at another station.
There are several way to perform a directed call pickup
- Dial 07+ext. If 111 is ringing, for example, dial 07111 to pick up that call.
- If the call is anywhere in the office, dial *96 to answer the call.
- If it is a line within the same department, dial *97.
- If you are a multi-site business, and you want to answer a phone at the same site, dial *98
