Download the version of the CRM Integration tool depending on your system:
You will only be able to use this integration if you have an active subscription to the CRM integration on your account. To activate it, you must contact support and they will add it to your account and authorize the desired users.
Windows:

After the initial install of the CRM Integration tool, you will be promted for the access code (listed above):
Once the system has accepted the access code, it will prompt you for your login credentials. These will be the same that you use to log into the portal and mobile app
In your menu bar, you will see a green circle. Left click on that to bring up the menu
Click on Configuration and then under the Integrations tab, click on (Add new)
When you have selected your desired integration, click the Set Button
Once you have Set the CRM. Select it from the Integrations menu.
Then click on the Help Button on the bottom to get the instructions on how to obtain the API key necessary to complete the integration.
This will take you to instructions for your specific CRM that you are trying to integrate.
