Navigate to Features and Press OK button

Scroll Down to Intercom or press 6

Once on this screen, you can choose to enable or disable the following settings:

• Intercom Allow    -    enables or disables the intercom functionality
• Intercom Mute    -     when enabled, intercom on receiving end starts automatically in mute.  Mute button must be pressed in order to hold a conversation
• Intercom Tone     -     plays a tone to signal the start of an intercom session   
• Intercom Barge    -    enables the intercom to override and existing call on the receiving end and places call on hold.
